La Llave’s parsley is selected from healthy, clean, dried leaves that come from the Petroselinum crispum plant. This herb has a mild aroma that adds a flavour with special nuances that are reminiscent of pepper and even anise to dishes. It is recommendable to add it at the end of the cooking process for dishes involving meat, fish, pulses, rice, etc. in order to get the most flavour out of the herb.
