Curry is an Indian spice blend used to season meat, poultry, fish, rice, sauces, and soup. Chosen by the company due to the variety and quality of the spices it contains. The balanced proportion of each spice brings superior freshness and aroma compared to other varieties. At Azafranes La Llave, we offer two curry varieties: the Indian variety and the Madras one. Both possess the typical flavours and aromas of curry, but they differ in the fact that the Madras variety has a sweeter hint, while still being fresh and spicy. On the other hand, the Indian variety has a more traditional curry flavour, its main ingredients being cumin and turmeric.
