With its long, greenish seeds, La Llave’s Anise comes from the Pimpinella anisum plant. It has a delicate aroma and a sweet taste. It is traditionally used in bread, desserts, and infusions. With its characteristic flavour, similar to liquorice, it adds fragrance to any sweet or savoury dish. When drunk as an infusion, it soothes digestive disorders.
