TURMERIC SMOOTHIE
🧡Turmeric smoothie with coconut milk ice cream 🧡.
🔸Very straightforward method🔶
Mix and beat all the ingredients in a container. If you’d like a more intense flavour, heat the milk with all the spices until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and stir for 5 minutes.
Put the mixture in the freezer and, once it’s frozen, use a blender or food mixer to turn it into a healthy Smoothie. When serving, add your favourite 🍦 ice cream.

1/2 L of coconut milk.
1/2 L of almond milk.
1 tablespoon of turmeric.
1 pinch of ginger.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Vanilla to taste.
